Do you create fashion with unique materials? 3D printing, metal, CosPlay, lights and technology? Do you weave and spin and dye, keeping artisan fabric crafts alive? Then this is the place for you to strut your stuff!
We have hands-on opportunities to make with recycled materials, learn about wearable technologies, create props or idea for sewing your costume, and helpful experts from fiber, textile, sewing, fashion and weaving groups from around the Front Range to share their expertise and craft with you.
How to participate?
I. Wear your creation to the Maker Faire! You can simply enjoy sharing your look with others, get a photo taken with a uniquely maker faire backdrop, and/or come over to the judging area to enter in your category, and see if you take home a ribbon! Categories for judging include:
Judging will take place at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday in the Fashion Hacker section of the Faire. Thanks to Mile High Con, William Maestas Productions for providing experienced judges!
II. Come learn and create! We have makers ready to share their expertise for you to re-purpose material into something new.

III. Be a volunteer! Show what you make and share what you know. We need your talents to teach these crafts to others, to inspire fashion creators, and to learn new skills.
IV. Sponsor Help us bring this to life, promote your business, and show your support for the maker fashion and fiber community.
From artisan skills such as weaving and spinning to creating fashion with 3D printing and wearable tech – there is a place for you to show off your creativity and passion.
