MAKER FEES

Making Progress is a non-profit organization. While we provide space free for non-commercial maker projects, we collect booth fees from makers that are promoting or selling to cover our costs for producing the event – tables, chairs, barricades, other fencing, marketing, printing, electricity, volunteer needs, food, cleaning, trash, and on and on. You’d be surprised what’s involved! We were! As a result, below is our fee structure so we can bring together 200+ of you for 2 days of networking and sharing what you do to thousands of attendees. If you would like to participate in our Friday Education day please let us know. Thank you so much for joining us!

Each 10×10 booth includes:

  • 1 table
  • 2 chairs
  • 4 maker passes for staffing your booth

Maker Booth Fee Tiers:

Booth prices will go up $25 on September 5th at 11:59 pm! (Note, this is a 5-day extension from our original deadline.) FREE booths are still free. 🙂
